Most people will likely find this on their own but since I couldn’t find a specific restart button within the Nexpose Security Console web interface I figured it would be worth noting in a short article. The below details describe how to restart the Nexpose Security Console via the Nexpose Security Console web interface.
While assisting a client troubleshooting some issues with their APC Smart-UPS 3000 RM I was unable to login to the web interface to grab information from the logs. When attempting to login via the web interface I received a message stating that someone else is currently logged in as shown in the below example image.
Earlier I wanted to see if any PPTP clients were connected to an internal network through a pfSense firewall but wasn’t sure best way to do it.
