I am a big fan of ClientExec as it is easy to install and very easy to use. Over the years it has always been easy to upgrade and the support is prompt. If you want to add Google Analytics to your ClientExec installation you simply need to add it in two locations if you are using the default template and if you are using a custom ClientExec template then you need to add it in one more location.
I struggled with getting WP Super Cache in full caching mode to work with a mobile device plugin such as WordPress PDA & iPhone for a long time. Awhile back I actually had given up because everything I was doing appeared that it should work but it wasn’t working properly. Needless to say I recently moved the site to a new server and decided to give it another shot. This time I was able to get WP Super Cache working with WordPress PDA and iPhone with ease.
Please realize that this method makes it so all of the mobile browsers do not cache pages but they also do not retrieve pages from the cache. To configure the below properly you have to realize that there are two different things happening which are the fact that mobile browsers should not cache files and they should not read from the cache. Basically if they didn’t cache files but read from the cache they would be reading the cache of the default template that you see in IE. If mobile browsers cached files then they would be caching the mobile template so when typical browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox visited the same pages they would be viewing the mobile cache instead of the default template you have configure.
Installing ZenCart design templates is easy. I ended up installing one tonight and wanted to note the location of some ZenCart templates as well as how easy it is to install the templates. ZenCart provides a great foundation for an ecommerce store which will allow you to customize any way you like. One thing that is very important from the beginning is the way you should go about customizing ZenCart. If done properly you will be able to keep your software up to date however if you start modifying any file in any location without proper notes then upgrading in the future will be near impossible. Instead of modifying the default ZenCart template you should copy all of the template files into another directory and modify this new group of files so you always have a solid ZenCart base.
Install a ZenCart Template:
I was a bit furstrated last night when I tried to install the flash templates from paulvanroekel.nl because the installer was telling me it was completed yet I could not find the templatebs. After trying to figure it out for a bit I went back to the site and noticed I had missed the install…
How do I create Cacti Graph Templates? How do I display multiple data sources on one Cacti graph? What do all the Cacti options mean? What is a CDEF? I created a Cacti Graph but all of my data sources are displaying NAN, how do I troubleshoot that?
Cacti is a powerful RRDTool based graphing system typically used for graphing hardware and software data for historical reference. When I initially configured a Cacti Graph Template I found some of the options confusing but as you will see below they all make sense and typically the name explains each items function in a fairly easy way. Please post a comment if you have any further questions that are not answered or if I have made any answers feel free to use the contact form and point them out to me as I am trying to learn the best way to use Cacti just like everyone else. I repeat the same terms many times in this document simply for the fact to try and explain in detail what things mean. I did not want to start switching names with acronyms and vice verse to add confusion and to try and make this a very easy document to understand.
