We recently purchased a Roku to play around with at the Question Defense office. So far the Roku has been pretty slick even though the navigation is fairly slow. After browsing through all of the Channels in the Roku Channel Store we were surprised that YouTube was not one of the offerings available. The good news is YouTube can easily be added and will function as the other Channels on your Roku device. Follow the directions below to add a YouTube Channel for your Roku account.
I was working on a presentation this morning and as I was writing I realized I did not have a quick fast way to make a list of all the internal Ips on a LAN (Local Area network). Many of the tools I use including nmap, nessus and nexpose will accept a list of ips so I decided to whip up a quick dirty shell script to get the job done. I may clean it up in the future but for now it does its job. This is meant to work on Backtrack 4 but in its current state it will work on any Debian based distro. As always with any code found on the internet you use this at your own risk. Also I am sure this can be done better but like I said it was a 10 minute fix.
I have been on vacation for the past few weeks and every country I go to, when I open my home page which is Google, it goes to the Google page of that particular country. I have found this to be really annoying. The browser I am using is Google Chrome however I experienced the same behavior in Firefox. I looked through all the options and setting but it seems that the language settings only cover the text of the actual browser and not the language settings of the pages in the browser. After a little searching I found a simple fix.

As many people know I am one of the administrators of the Backtrack-Linux forums. We generally do not have to many issues but today I had someone complaining that when posting code they were not able to use more than 25 characters. This is a issue since we encourage our users to use the
