Dell Inspiron 1525 Base System Device Driver Windows XP

Earlier today I reinstalled Windows XP on a friends Dell Inspiron 1525 and while working through the custom Dell drivers I ran into a minor issue. The issue was related to some devices showing up in the Windows XP Device Manager called Base System Device. Typically these are chipset devices but I thought I had installed all of the necessary drivers so I was a bit confused. In reality I forgot to install one of the chipset drivers called Ricoh. Below is information on how to install the drivers for the unknown Base System devices on a Dell Inspiron 1525.

ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table ‘mysql.servers’ doesn’t exist

Earlier today while adding a new site to a server running as a web server with many virtual hosts I ran into an error flushing the privileges after I added a new MySQL database followed by a user with only access to that new MySQL database. After a bit of investigation I realized that when I recently updated the MySQL server on the CentOS Linux server in question it must have had some issues during the upgrade. Below I describe not only the error in more detail but also how to resolve the MySQL error when attempting to flush the privileges.

whois de Domain, Use whois For .DE Domains

Recently I wrote an article about using dig and whois on Windows 7. If you want to review the previous article click here. A question recently came up about how to whois .de domains. For each TLD or Top Level Domain such as .de, .co.uk, .mil, .ru, etc. you will need to use a different whois server. Below there is information about attempting to run whois against google.de without specifying a different whois server followed by information using the proper whois server.
