Include Underscores While Using Markdown Without Them Being Bold Or Italic Indicators For Text

I am fairly new to Markdown and have really just been becoming more familiar with Markdown while posting here on Question Defense’s [Engage][1] site. An issue I ran into on my last post was the fact that I was posting some PayPal variables that included underscores within the variable.

I am fairly new to Markdown which is a lightweight markup language. I have really just started becoming more familiar with Markdown while posting or replying to articles in the Question Defense Engage section. Markdown is the markup language used on Engage to format the posted questions, posted responses, comments, and pretty much anywhere that content data is entered. So far I really like Markdown and have been impressed with how user friendly it becomes as you learn the Markdown tricks as I call them including asterisks or underscores for bolding or italicizing, brackets for links/URLs, and numbered lists simply using 1., 2., 3., etc. While the Markdown learning curve has been fairly steep for me the more I use it the more Markdown is sticking with me.

A long time ago I used to use the Overture Keyword Selector Tool to review keywords I was running ads for. The Overture Keyword Selector would allow you to type in a keyword or group of keywords to see how many times that keyword(s) or like keywords had been searched in a specific time period. This can be useful not only for ads that you may be running but it can also be useful for content in articles that you write. The more you use keywords that are popular the more traffic you can generate. The Overture Keyword Selector Tool is no longer available so below are two alternatives that provide a similar service.

I have had lots of people email me and ask if there is anyway to make it impossible for a attacker to recover your mac address from a capture file. If you are using one of our tools like the WPA Cracker in our tools section, you may be hesitant to upload a clients capture data because a skilled attacker could use the capture and the online Wiggle database to pinpoint your location assuming your area has been mapped by wardrivers. Although we run a secure site there is no way for you as the client to know this.

Mount Shared Drives using Active Directory and a Log On Script

I recently completed a job were the company insisted in powering down the work station every night. This caused a problem because there were shared drives on the server which did not reconnect a boot time. The drives would appear to be disconnected with red X’s however when the user clicked on them they would connect. So although they were working the fact that they did not auto connect was annoying.

Stop Amazon Jungle Disk Backup Application From Starting Automatically On Windows 7

I have been using Amazon’s Jungle Disk as a backup application for awhile now and have been really satisfied by how it has worked to date. I first used Jungle Disk on Windows XP primarily but now I have it configured and working properly on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. I not only was using the backup portion of Jungle Disk but I also had the online drive configured as well on multiple computers but I found that I rarely used the drive so I have been investigating the configuration and resources that the application uses.
