A few of our Storm users have experienced this error. It doesn’t cause any problems with web browsing, phone usage, or BES connectivity that I have seen so far, it is simply an annoying nag message that you would definately want to have removed.
So far the easiest resolution is to pull the battery for 5 minutes, then put it back in and reboot the device. If you have a MicroSD card installed, you may want to pull that as well. This should clear the error.
