Playing a video that is located on your iPod Touch or your iPhone on your computer is easy. The great thing about this is you can download many podcasts or other media programs in high definition so if you have a large monitor or your PC is connected to your TV you can now easily play media from your iPhone or Touch on your TV. The main problem I had in making all of this happen is the fact that I typically sync my iPod Touch to my laptop but I have a PC in my office that is connected to my TV where I like to watch some of the podcasts I have downloaded. Below I mention how play media from your iDevice on your computer as well as how to load data from multiple computers onto your iPod Touch or iPhone.

This means nmake is not installed on your Windows PC. To install you need to downloading, extract, and place two files into your $PATH. Follow the couple steps below to install nmake on your PC. In my case I installed nmake on Windows XP.

  1. Download nmake: Visit the following link to download nmake.
  2. Extract nmake:Run the Nmake15.exe file which will extract two files to the directory where it is located. These files will be nmake.exe and NMAKE.ERR.

You can easily print files from your iPhone or iPod Touch using an application called “Print & Share” or an application called “Print – Printing for Contacts, Web Pages, Photos, and More” both of which are developed by the same company, EuroSmartz, Ltd. There are some differences between the applications so if you need limited features, which I will explain below, then you should purchase the less expensive application.

When I was attempting to sync my iPod Touch to  second computer it appeared as if nothing was happening but the computer is under the desk so I finally realized I was missing an error message. The error stated  be the iPod was locked so it could not sync with this computer. After typing in the password the Touch started to sync but iTunes stopped the sync and stated that the iPod Touch was already synced to another computer and let me know that it can only be synced to one PC at a time.

At this point it offered three options which are below:

  1. Erase the iPod Touch and sync with this Windows computers iTunes.
  2. Copy purchased software to this computer.
  3. Don’t sync with this computer.
