Stardock provides some very nice customization programs to modify and tweak your Windows look and feel. If you purchase anything that requires installing the Impulse engine, you might run into the following error:

The error IMPD01-300 comes up during the installation saying it can’t connect for updates.  In order to work around this error you need to download the full installer and use that to install the application.
