I was unable to import my blogger.com blog into a new WordPress blog. The problem was my Blogger blog was being published off of blogspot.com to my own web server. When trying to import the WordPress admin was telling me that I had already imported my blog. All that needs to be done to correct this problem is follow the steps below.

1. Login to Blogger.com admin
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Click the Publishing tab in the second row navigation
4. Create a BlogSpot Address similar to : yourname.blogspot.com
5. Fill in the captcha and click Save Settings

Go back to your WordPress admin and click Clear Account Information and start the import process over again. If you have a lot of posts you will start to see the number of posts rise during the import process.
