Hello Bob,

I am not a Retrospect expert by any means however the writeup above is what solved the solution for my client. As for you thinking it would be an “unlikely solution”…. Just because some clients can connect wouldn’t rule out caches and other such things that would be reset on the restarting of a service. Hope you have luck in figuring it out and also hope you typically leave more upbeat/positive feedback but I would assume that is also unlikely.

This did not work at all. I have 1 client that Retrospect cannot connect to. Restarting the service seemed an unlikely solution since all the other clients were connecting successfully. I tried anyway and it did not change my situation.
