What type of iPhone is it? It would appear that you have either downloaded an application that only works on iOS 5 or that you have an iPhone 3 device that is having issues with one of the newer applications. Likely it can be isolated to a single application so you should try to sync an application at a time until you can figure out where the problem is. I believe it to be related to the below quote from StackOverflow.

“In iOS5 Apple drops the armv6 architecture from the ARCHS_STANDARD_32_BIT”

Sounds as if you may have applications that are cracked on the iPhone with non-jailbroken iOS or you have not installed AppSync which allows you to sync cracked applications via iTunes.

i have iphone 3g and i jail break from market before it was 4.2 but after jail break its not accepting same version now i have 4.1.. i try to get skype but itunes giving error OXE8008001. please help me to solve this problem.

Hello romerp,

I am sure things have changed quite a bit since this article was written in 2009. Unfortunately I no longer have the need to have my iPhone jailbroken so it has been quite awhile since I have used the various methods to do so. Once you find a resolution let us know what it is so when others come to the site looking for answers they will see your comment.

It won’t work for me, I already have appsync installed. I have a 4.2.1 firmware I got the appsync from sinfuliphonerepo, it’s the appsync 4.0+
